4. File Processing
When you upload files to our Service: - Files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after conversion - We do not store, access, or share the content of your files - You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload - You must have the legal right to upload and process any files

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Trend-Web and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trend-Web from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.
9. Data Loss Disclaimer
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING FILE PROCESSING. USERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO: - Keep backup copies of all original files before using our Service - Verify converted files before deleting originals - Not rely solely on our Service for critical file conversions
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Service for business or operational reasons.
