The editor keeps the selected files and their order visible before the merge is started.

Boundaries shown before the merge

The editor and the server apply the same fixed boundaries to the number of files, input size, total pages, and result size.

  • 2–20 — PDF files per operation
  • 50 MB — maximum for each PDF and all input together
  • 250 — maximum pages across all PDFs
  • 50 MB — maximum result PDF

Only valid PDF input reaches the queue

The editor checks the file type, PDF header, file count, input size, and page total before a merge is started. The server checks these boundaries again before returning a result.

  • An oversized result is not returned

How many PDFs can I merge?

One operation accepts at least 2 and at most 20 PDF files.

How do I set the result order?

The displayed queue is the result order. Move files with drag and drop or with the order controls before you create the result.

Which size and page limits apply?

Each PDF and all selected PDFs together can be up to 50 MB. All selected PDFs can contain at most 250 pages in total, and the result PDF can be up to 50 MB.

What should I check after merging?

Download the result PDF and check its pages and their sequence before using it.
